Provides eviction prevention services to eligible households to prevent loss of housing
The Eviction Prevention Program provides services to eligible households to prevent loss of housing and to prevent homelessness. Eligible households are ones that have received an eviction notice, are currently housed and at imminent risk of housing loss, are located in Seattle, and are not housed in Section 8 or a low-income tax credit property. Our mission is to connect people with resources and solutions during times of need to help families stabilize their housing. Each applicant will be assessed to determine eligibility for each type of assistance. Participants must be willing to attend certain workshops and classes as needed.
