Infant Mortality Prevention (IMP)

The IMP program works with women that are pregnant or have babies. We provide information, education, resources, advocacy and case management to access healthcare and other support services. The goal of the IMP program is to assist women in having a healthy pregnancy and therefore a health baby to prevent Infant Mortality in our community. We serve high-risk low-income families.
