Comcast’s Spring into Service Day a Success at El Centro de la Raza!
On Saturday, April 26, 2025, El Centro de la Raza proudly hosted Comcast’s Spring into Service Day at our Federal Way office and El Centro Skate Rink. Kicking off bright and early at 8:00am, more than 100 volunteers came together for a meaningful day of community care through landscaping, gardening, and spring-cleaning projects that brought new life to our shared spaces.
We’re incredibly grateful to Comcast for choosing El Centro de la Raza as a partner site for this powerful day of service. Special thanks to Comcast’s Michael McGreevy, King County Councilmember Pete von Reichbauer, Federal Way Mayor Jim Ferrell, and Councilmember Susan Honda for joining us and helping to inspire a spirit of civic pride.
