EVICTION Prevention PROGRAM

This program assists households at risk of becoming homeless remain housed.

Our Eviction Prevention Program is aimed at helping households remain in their housing and prevent them from becoming homeless. We perform wrap-around case management and offer other in-house programs that assist them with other needs. We also assist them in increasing their wages by helping them secure a better income. We assist with resume writing, job search, and translation services as part of our comprehensive case management efforts.

Eligibility Requirement

  • Must live in the City of Seattle
  • Have an Eviction Notice
  • Have ID’s for all members in household (photo ID’s, birth certificates, etc.)
  • Be within income qualifications
  • Program applicant’s name must be on the lease
  • Copies of Social Security or ITIN cards

Juan Galvez, has a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington, he is dedicated to supporting the Latino community. As the Eviction Prevention Case Manager, Juan provides comprehensive case management, ensuring the community is treated with dignity and respect during difficult times.
