We’re bringing the pachanga spirit to El Centro de la Raza with a week-long celebration honoring our people, our teams, and the vibrant community that makes our work possible. Join us as we celebrate culture, connection, and the joy of coming together!
In the week leading up to Pachanga 2026, El Centro de la Raza employees across programs and locations participated in our first Pachanga Spirit Week — a week of themed activities, friendly competition, and opportunities to connect with coworkers. From Red, White & Blue Day and Vacation Vibes to Retro Day and Super Sports Fan Day, staff brought creativity, energy, and plenty of Pachanga spirit. The week culminated in the presentation of the Golden Pachanga Goose Team Award, with the Housing Team taking home this year’s honor and JMCDC receiving an Honorable Mention.
