You Have Until January 1 to Give: Light the World with El Centro de la Raza
The end of the year is a powerful moment to show up for our community. There’s still time to make a real, tangible difference—and it’s as easy as a few taps.
Now through January 1, you can support El Centro de la Raza through the #LightTheWorld Giving Machine at Alderwood Mall.
What Is the Light the World Giving Machine?
It looks like a vending machine—but instead of snacks, you’re donating essentials that change lives.
Simply choose an item, tap to give, and the machine prints a receipt. 100% of your donation goes directly to trusted organizations, including El Centro de la Raza, to provide real help for real people.
Donate Items That Matter Most
Your generosity helps meet immediate needs for children, youth, and families in our community. Through the Giving Machine, you can donate:
- 📚 Books & Learning Toys
- 🧥 Winter Coats
- 🍽️ Holiday Meals
- ✏️ School Supplies
- ⚽ Soccer Balls
Each item represents warmth, learning, nourishment, and joy—especially during the winter months.
Take Action Before January 1
This is your chance to turn everyday generosity into lasting impact. If you’re visiting Alderwood Mall, stop by the Giving Machine and be part of something bigger.
Here is your change—invest it in community.
Thank you for standing with El Centro de la Raza and helping light the world, one act of giving at a time. 💛
