National Wear Red Day | February 7, 2025 ❤️

At El Centro de la Raza, we proudly joined the Go Red for Women movement on National Wear Red Day to shine a light on heart disease and stroke—the leading causes of death among women. By wearing red, our team stood in solidarity with survivors, honored their stories, and championed heart health within our community.

Heart disease is often preventable through awareness, education, and action. We encourage everyone to take the time to learn about the risks, prioritize heart-healthy habits, and offer support to those impacted. Together, we can make a difference by promoting healthier lives for all.

The American Heart Association and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute continue to lead the charge for women’s heart health, providing valuable resources and support. To learn more, visit GoRedForWomen.org.

Let’s keep the conversation going—not just today but every day.

Thank you for being a part of this journey, and for your unwavering support of El Centro de la Raza.

With heartfelt appreciation,

El Centro de la Raza
