Internship and Work-Study Programs
Our Internship and Work-Study programs welcomed outstanding students from the University of Washington and Seattle University this season. These emerging leaders brought fresh energy, creativity, and a strong sense of purpose to El Centro de la Raza—supporting critical projects that advanced our mission across multiple departments.
Thanks to their contributions, we were able to expand our reach, strengthen our community connections, and enhance the effectiveness of our programming. Our Communications and Digital Media Interns played a key role in developing the marketing strategy for the El Centro Skate Rink, elevating our customer service efforts, and managing dynamic social media content that increased public engagement.
Our Procurement Intern contributed directly to the success of our signature event, the Building the Beloved Community Gala, by supporting the auction process—helping secure in-kind donations, organizing items, and ensuring a seamless experience for guests and donors alike.
Their work has had a lasting impact, not only on the programs they supported but also on the lives of the individuals and families we serve every day.

Thank you for being a part of this journey, and for your unwavering support of El Centro de la Raza.
With heartfelt appreciation,
El Centro de la Raza
