System Navigator

System Navigator

System Navigators provide one-on-one navigation support to families to access their needs and help them work their way through the appropriate system.

Our navigators provide support to help families learn how to independently access services and navigate complex systems that offer needed services. These systems include but are not limited to city and county services, education, employment, federal and state social services, health, immigration, law enforcement and emergency response systems. This support includes information about the responsibilities of families within systems and the programs’ purpose and function.
